I heard someone say landlording shouldn't be someone's sole income. I say landlording shouldn't be a person's income at all. Unless they're renting a room in their personal home, I guess. No one should own a home they don't actually live in. And no one should live in a mansion or castle or whatever. Those should be turned into orphanages, hospitals, rehabs, schools, brothels, or museums. The cool thing about yoinking rich people's mansions and turning them into museums is that the ill-gotten art and artifacts *are already in them*
