Is the current turbocapitalism and the subsequent enshittification of everything a direct result of the global fertility decline?
When there aren't exponentially more consumers the system starts to break down, no? Are we seeing the effects of that now?

We have reached a point where many of the big companies just can't grow to new customers because there are no more possible customers, at least not at a rate higher than customers are lost
I'm no economist, but it does seem to me like that's the reason they instead try to extract as much as possible from existing customers and hence enshitification ensues
