Power dropped for quite a while but thankfully not long enough to spoil the fridge. Problems: the house got hot SO FAST. Busted open all of the windows to get some crosswind cooling but that did not work as well as hoped. Also we had a ton of water but none in the fridge. Also my phone was dead. Also I forgot how to get power from the solar panel. Also lots of junk on the floor to trip on in the dark. Lots of lessons learned.

Dominion Power reports they will restore power between 5 and 10 PM. #UVa and #UVAHospital report they have power #cville

101 degrees today in red hot Cville. A heavy storm just hit and knocked out the power. #cville #VAwx
