Trump's fireworks display last night was so excessive that you couldn't see the fireworks very well for all the smoke. The air became unsafe to breathe. And now? DC resisters are saying it covered the #ReflectingPool in ash and people are having to fish out the debris.

I got ICE Watch today y'all. As you may know if you follow me, 5 or 6 times I've gotten off a shift and found out they were doing another Weekend at Bernie's with Trump. (Of course this is just because I've been on ICE watch a lot, and Trump is dying. It's still become a joke.)

So true. In any other period of my life, I might have worried that some of these DSA candidates would be at risk of losing in the general election. But there are millions who feel like you do and new young voters are energized. Meanwhile, many Trump voters are leaving MAGA and/or won't vote in the fall.
There are those in the laptop class who really don't understand this moment and are still thinking in terms of 90s politics. But reality is evolving rapidly.
Burning River Brigade, an Ohio protest group in DC for the 4th, says:
"The man who was detained in Washington, D.C., for following National Guard troops while playing Star Wars' 'The Imperial March' is Sam O'Hara.
"He won an undisclosed settlement last week. Looks like he's at it again! Not all heroes wear capes!"
