The new 4th floor tenants are real winners, so far a purse has gone off the balcony and someone's cap was tossed out too! I give them 3 months before they're booted out of here.

@belpatca It's a low-income building with some mentally ill people & I'm one of them but I don't throw my shit off my balcony or causes a disturbance!
