Other than the speech reported, whom did he meet? The cons hosted of the leader of AdD, a group under investigation by Germany's security establishment for russian associations. The cons are intimate with Reform UK, also russian associates. The is the need to find out who PP met in Europe, because they kept that info secret for a reason. PP has been running a destabilize Canada campaign for years, which is the MO of russia in many countries in eastern europe and africa. The russian oligarchs are relevant to Brexit. The russians got trump elected, and now the USA, russia's former nemesis, has taken down the USA. There's far too many strands in the web to ignore or dismiss.
Your question in the first sentence needs to be answered. Which is why I was hoping for some indication in the sources that you provided.

If I could read German could maybe find something published there, but it appears his meetings were secret, like the AfD and Reform Uk meetings with putin.
I read enough German that when I search for Poilievre and AfD and limit the search results to German, I can figure out that "there's no there, there" by the words "Es gibt keine [long German word that I don't know] zwischen Poilievre und AfD".
Maybe he did meet with the AfD, but it is speculation.
