In my case it has exactly that result. I'll subscribe to one of those services for 3 Month every 1.5-2 years, binge everything there is and then let go. It only hurts if one season just started ... then again, only a little, as it'll be still there 2 yrs later. Still fresh, at least to me :)

@jwildeboer Doing the same with Disney's Will Trent. Except watching every 3 weeks, as 3 episodes are the perfect size for an evening, right after Dinner :)
