@treleanor

I shall commiserate.

This won't help, but I've noticed "pains" last for 3 to 6 months now (at my advanced age). I was convinced my shoulder was cactus earlier this year:

"Shoulder pain combined with the inability to lift your arm is a major red flag. It frequently signals a severe rotator cuff tear, shoulder impingement, or a sudden dislocation. Ignoring these symptoms can lead to worsening weakness and irreversible damage"

Fearing the worst, I did nothing, because what're they gonna do? Surgery (yeah, right). Months of physio? No thanks. The pain and disability is easier to tolerate than trips across town and the time and trouble and expense (Hey, I now think like an old person 🙂 ).

Six months later it's all gone. Fixed. Buggered if I know.
