It's an old cartoon, but even more actual today than a few years back when it was drawn:

Two panel comics. Two guys watch America - protesters clash with police, cops are beating people of colour, there is no access to medical care, homeless people burning rubbish under the wall. They say "what a shithole, we need to fix it". On the second panel everything stays the same but buildings are decorated with American flag, but they are happy they fixed it.
