A frosty 3.6C here ❄️ which, combined with school holidays, meant it was pretty quiet at the pool. The mist rising off the water got so thick that at times it felt like I was all alone in there, doing laps. Everything else disappeared.

Aqua aerobics was hilarious today. Being that we are in Australia, one of the songs they were exercising to was Nutbush by Tina Turner. And yes, they all did the dance 😂

Now for a warming shower!
