@admin @staff @Gargron de ce fait Rochko se posait en gardien de l'éthique face à Meta, mais sur ses propres instances, il laissait prospérer une pornographie que sa communauté juge problématique.
Mais invoquait la décentralisation pour ne pas agir, alors qu'il a déjà montré qu'il pouvait intervenir quand il le voulait mais de chez VIVALDI

@admin @staff @Gargron En 2017, face à l'instance japonaise Pawoo.net (qui hébergeait du lolicon), a modifié la base de données de mastodon.social pour "silencer" (limiter) Pawoo, rendant ses publications visibles uniquement sur abonnement explicite. #FraGabCatic

Rochko justifiait systématiquement cette position en rappelant que la modération est locale à chaque instance. Mais cet argument est fragilisé par son propre comportement : il a déjà été démontré qu'il pouvait agir de manière centralisée lorsqu'il le souhaitait. #FraGabCatic
@admin @staff @Gargron Un utilisateur témoigne d'ailleurs avoir vu "toutes sortes de pornographie et de nudité" sur .social, et un autre confirme que les publications pornographiques non-CW'd étaient "très courantes" sur les timelines.
Des incohérences d'application alimente les accusations selon lesquelles mastodon.social ne protégerait pas adéquatement les utilisateurs vulnérables tout en "silencant" les créateurs adultes consentants. #FraGabCatic
