maybe i can make Reason Rack work on Linux. but i know it will be pain
maybe i cobble together an AVX2 capable Hackintosh setup and grant myself a few more years of straddling two worlds
maybe i run the old stuff on Win- yeah no
long term i guess the inevitable thing is to build a new plugin palette. i just really dont have the motivation right now
so yeah my Bitwig problem right now is
i can stay on 5.3 with unfixed Linux workflow woes. but it lets me start projects on the laptop (Linux) and finish them on the desktop (macOS) with all my old plugins
i can upgrade to 6.1 with 1 of 2 Linux issues fixed. but it requires AVX2, so the Mac is obsoleted and a big part of what makes up my sound is gone
