oh btw while my laptop was semi disassembled i checked out all the speaker things and the motherboard connector was a little loose and now the left speaker is a lot louder than it was previously and i dont have to keep my volume as high so thats a win. maybe my left one will stop randomly freaking out as well who knows

im still interested in the idea of replacing it with a similarly sized phone speaker
