@PhoenixSerenity I tip anywhere between 17 to 20 per cent. And it’s not because of the goodness of my heart, because it’s the custom. I don’t like uncertainty and unspoken social rules

I’ll gladly pay tips if it was a fixed rate and included in the meal and same for everyone. Leaving tips on customers’ discretion is stupid. There’s no guarantee for the outcome. Only one who benefits on this BS is the restaurant owner

Last post was about whining restaurants who say you shouldn’t eat out if you can’t afford to tip.

It’s so easy to brainwash your kids; as of one hour ago, my kid has declared he doesn’t like fireworks anymore because they are too noisy. All because I told him, animals don’t like loud explosive noises of fireworks.

You have no idea how much influence you can have on others. So reach out and teach them!
