I got caught in traffic on my way home yesterday.

As the farmer thanked me for waiting, he said I’d sleep well 😅.

Photo taken through windscreen of a car. A farmer with a quad bike is blocking the end of the narrow lane where it joins another narrow lane. Coming down the lane towards us is a large flock of sheep that look freshly marked with blue ‘w’s and some look freshly shorn. They fill the width of the lane. Some are having a snack en route, nibbling the hedges. The leaders are turning into a field gateway opposite the junction in front of my car. Another quad bike and trail bike are herding them along. Several cars follow on behind. The sky is blue with fluffy white clouds, slightly tinted through the windscreen.
