Summer knows that this empty container toy has a shelf life.
When she feels like a trip to the recycle bin is threatened she takes her toy under the table to hide.
She absolutely feels hidden in this space.
We let her hang on to the illusion so she left her toy under the table where it's still safe.
She is a funny dog.

@NorcalGma2 Our dogs like to play with the empty peanut butter jars before we put them in the recycling...the one with the longer nose/tongue ends up with it last...she will hold it between her paws and lick the inside of it for an hour or so! When she's finally done with it, there's still a bit of peanut butter on the sides of the bottom third of the jar...letting you know exactly how far her tongue makes it inside the jar. 🤣
