@Bfordham if you were closer to Savannah I would say check out Ray’s Butcher Shop on Montgomery. I haven’t been in a few years but whenever I make an old recipe, they can usually sort me out with whatever I need.

@Bfordham Oh, so like the recipe for Chatham Artillery Punch I have that calls for casks of rum. I still haven’t found a conversion for that.
