Drink before you ride, pee during the ride (stop and dismount if you must). Longer rides keep drinking while you ride.
Wear sunscreen, and put it on before you put on your gloves. Cycling gloves are the opposite of suncreen.

@ascentale @gbargoud @bikenite A5: I have several, and they're very different from each other MTB/gravel bike, touring bike, road bike, four wheel load bike (50kg+ loads), long john cargo bike (loads under 80kg) that is my every day ride.
Mostly it's obvious, in that I ride the long john unless I have to ride something else :)

Campbelltown Council is really into painting dead bikes on the road. In all sorts of places, not just like this "LOOK OUT you might die here, we built the road specially for that".
