Did some design changes on my website over the weekend. Man, but I love how far HTML5 and modern CSS have brought us since that summer in the mid-90s when I used tables and style tags to create a directory of resources for a university research center, and it looked like crap in every browser.
Who am I kidding, all I had was Mosaic and Netscape.
Updated my /now page today, with an essay on the semi-quincentennial of the US.
tl;dr: I hate what we've become as a nation, and hope we can change.
