I live in Sunnyvale, California but use a Santa Clara County library card for ebooks. Next time I’m in Los Angeles I’ll pick up a library card: LAPL has one of the largest OverDrive collections in the country: 736,458 items (548,549 ebooks, 181,650 audiobooks, 6,259 magazines.) And it’s free for California residents!
