It's gone gone, the data I actually wanted is irrecoverable. Main superblock is gone, replacing superblocks with backups fails with IO errors and btrfs restore can't piece what I wanted together due to zstd compression. Time to restore from 14 day old backups :))

@phnt@fluffytail.org Tip i use borg, which is a life saver, saved me multiple times, use it for all my servers now.

And for my PC i use Vorta(Borg GUI) and do DD once a month of rootfs
