Is "I regret that" an apology?

Actually a good article on how views of #autism are shifting.

That theory is such NTypical projection, the good, androgynous NT people, you know, NT people aren’t “too male,” like there’s no gender bias in the world, like there’s no patriarchy, NT people never rape
anybody . . .
.
I swear, they claim to have our traits and they persecute us for theirs, that’s what stupid theory was. 😠😠😠
