5kg bucket of blackcurrants, cooling in the fridge, 2 kg were already placed into containers and are freezing. Will make blackcurrants jelly at some point, might make a blackcurrant flavoured stout for winter. Only needs about a kg of them. And make some blackcurrant cordial, lovely with sparkly water, or s splash in some homemade cidré 🤤
It was warm work! Quite humid here in the southwest!
