Well done BBC. Scoop. There's a football match on soon, and some fans will be there. Definitely big splash headline worthy.

This is where I am when I'm not anywhere else. Usually with a cup of tea.
If you follow me you will mainly get toots about what the weather is like where I live, photographs of various things, and some occasionally entertaining other stuff.
I don't really post about these things much:

Trump thanks FIFA for giving the USA the World Cup without having to play again because of course the US were going to win it anyway, everybody says so, thanks Gianni.

Just read that Sky (parent company Comcast) are probably taking over ITV.
The takeover of media in the UK by giant American companies, able to freely spout giant American company-friendly programming and propaganda continues.
New Texan family moves into Coronation Street and cause a stir when they drill for oil under the Kabin soon?
Plan for today, after walking/weaving/wobbling/whatever I can manage with the dog, is to watch the World Cup Final.
Are you a time traveller? I hear you ask.
NO! It's the Women's Cricket T20 World Cup Final and, unlike the football one (because they'll lose to Mexico tonight), England are in this one, versus Australia (boooo!) And it's on the telly without paying to watch.
Kick off at 3.30pm from Lords ( I know a LOT about cricket) and it's live on Sky Mix on Freeview/Freesat (admittedly with many, many ad breaks, because Sky).

@MintSpies It does! There will be a dog walk later - can't avoid it as J is away doing a craft fair, and no other delegation options are available - but yes, the rest of it is me running on low charge mode only.
Good morning. We have woken up to a misty morning here. I can just see the gable end of the neighbours across the road's bungalow, so I think about 35-40 metre visibility. Beyond that, the world has disappeared.
Have slept in, and on getting up feel weak, weary and wobbly, so I think I'll be avoiding any physical jobs today. A day of rest. Good job it's Sunday then I suppose.

Well done France. Can't be easy to be playing against that sort of provocation. Loved Mbappe laughing at them... "Yeah, you're trying to wind me up, but I already scored the winning goal, haha..."
Give Paraguay the World Cup of Shithousery already. No hope of them ever actually playing football though.
