Quite a fast one (for me) today. On a 750 meters long steep climb, I ran past a cyclist whom I met later on on top of the hills, both of us smiling broadly. But I was really happy to keep my speed up: Usually, I get up there with a pace of 5:50-6:10, today it was 5:11 – yay! My current audiobook (THE NAME OF THE WIND by Patrick Rothfuss) is ideal to push me on. And I even managed to do my #RopeSkipping afterwards. #Running #coros #Apex4 #audiobooks
