Hello,
I am writing in regards to the screen protector your company, Shenzen Daluotu Trading Co., Ltd. has produced and sold to me (batch number mob64ca12, which is not a number). I found it while cleaning and decided to try applying it to my device.
I couldn't figure out how to do it, the QR code on the packaging that should supposedly teach me how to do it points to an invalid hostname. Speaking of the packaging, please look into hiring an actual translator ("E-sports has a fever and feels like a leap", "Eye prorecrion [sic]", "High-precision plasma vacuum"). I also very heavily doubt it is "explosion proof" as you're talking about a few thin sheets of plastic.
I started with peeling off the green area in the middle, applying it, and sticking it to the screen using the included card. I then (somehow) removed the rest of the protective layer, basically ripping the entire product off my screen in the process.
After applying it, there were like 50 bubbles everywhere across the screen. It was very amusing to push them around with the included card thingy, that was probably the most valuable thing your product provided to me.
After removing your product and throwing it out, I noticed the aforementioned card thingy somehow scratched up my entire screen. I am very confused as to how.
