I bought these lovely yellow 30nF capacitors from Arthur formerly MA Components, the bag was 50p. They have 1% tolerance and measure even better. The D measurement is incredibly good, like polystyrene capacitors. Do you know what sort of capacitor they are or the manufacturer? I am curious about everything. Extra weird feature of these is the yellow coating on the leads.
