Happy 4th of July, my friends! Despite the hatred and divisiveness that plagues our country, I hope we can all come together to celebrate this day, a truly historic birthday for humankind. I am of course referring to the 102nd birthday of the Caesar Salad, which for an embarrassingly long time counted as my favorite “vegetable”. Happy and safe celebrations!
