Made tritip

Tritip roast on a glass board. Special Modelo cans on background. Shot on wide angle lens for "effect", so things seem exaggerated.

Bbq Tritip roast on the kitchen counter. Letting it rest. Could have gone further with the final sear as some burnt bits are part of the typical character, but it wasn't a dry rub... Did a mesquite marinade.

Tritip cut. On a plate. On the table. Dammit I just wanna eat.
