@anon98 As a (more and more begrudging) macOS user, I lament this potentially overshadowing learning the quicker Option key modifier (which I use via a Macintosh keyboard layout on Debian—still on Plasma 6.3 😅).

@anon98 I’m not happy using macOS and I worry that this feature will be what keeps people from learning about the original Macintosh method of adding special characters (using the option/alt key) in combination with other keys.
I use this option key method on Linux for special characters, but am on Debian Stable which has an older version of KDE Plasma (so don’t have access to the feature there).
@helianthropy Debian is an insecure ancient shit. Don't use ancient distros.
