@datajake1999 DECtalk question: this is a recording of the ATIS broadcast from Charlotte-Douglas International Airport in North Carolina. A lot of airports still use DECtalk for their ATIS broadcasts, but some airports have this version of DECtalk, it's weirdly stressing the consinants. Do you know what version of DECtalk this could be, and also if the consinant stressing is something with that version or a config tweak?
