is Carney by any chance somehow associated with our German gov, that is going back to fossil fuel, gas etc because we got gas lobbyists as minister of energy now?

@energisch_ I think Carney is fully aware of the climate crisis but is being forced to make decisions he likely would not otherwise make to contain Alberta separatists, who are funded by fossil-fuel interests.
That a gas lobbyist is now the German minister of energy is yet another indication of how powerful those fossil fuel interests have become globally.
