Since I completed 3x12 at 90lb yesterday, I’ll be upping it to 100lb on Wednesday. That’s over half my body weight. It’s also 2/3 of the way to the maximum weight I can thrust at the condo gym without getting creative. I might be able to go higher if I get a different belt that lets me use plates.
