On the flip side from a right to a speedy trial, there ought to be a limit on how much bullshit the courts will hear from a scumbag like Trump before it goes to enforcement. Due process does not mean indefinite, unlimited process.
Due process does not mean that the court has to entertain one lie after another from a known liar. It does not mean that the process has to endure endless abuse by the rich and powerful.
