Well...here's part 2...about 9pm last night the idiots started the fireworks in my neighborhood and lit off so many I had to close my house for all of the smoke...then, at 5:20 this morning they started again and it's going to go on all day...a question I've asked before...where the heck do they get the money to do this? I mean there are no rich people who live here and just last night it must have been over 1,000 bucks to make that much noise...yeah, I am grumpy today...

I'm glad you closed your windows, as smoke from fireworks isn't good for your lungs. Setting them off so early in the morning is incredibly rude, though it's obvious they don't care about others.
Is it legal to set them off in your area? if not, I'd call the police. I'm not sure it would help, but might be worth a try.

@Sharonbw Hi, Sharon...yeah, the repubs here passed the open fireworks law the last time they ran the government and every time the dems have tried to repeal it, some dems voted with the repubs to keep it...so municipalities can ban them but west Michigan is a pretty red part of the state and fireworks are for "real Americans" so we sit and listen to it...oh, well...hope you have a nice day!
