Alex was a musician and so is his brother, so there was a short concert immediately before the Shiva. Their mother was a prominent piano teacher, so the quality of performance in the impromptu recital was extremely high. A cantor/opera singer flew out from New York.

If you are autistic, you are at higher risk of heat stroke. There are more heatwaves coming. Please be careful and try to stay cool. You need to drink 3 litres of water a day. Be aware this can impact your electrolytes. You can these from the chemist in tablets you can dissolve in water.

You can cool yourself down by showering or using cold flannels etc. You might want to get a room thermometer. If you're in a place that's really very warm or its making you sweat loads or feel uncomfortable and you can't cool it down, you need to find some place else to go.
