@BongoTwisty asks:
Q6. When riding up a hill do you find yourself gripping the handlebars tight and pulling with your arms?
I do and was wondering to what benefit since it's my legs that turn the pedals.
I've been trying out just resting my hands on the bars to see what difference it makes. It's much more relaxed and I can still get up most hills in that style.
Occasionally I do have to employ the "arm assist" so it obviously does help to a degree but thinking a bit more finesse in the bio-mechanical function would redirect energy to where it's needed most - the legs.
What's your thoughts on this?
