I have been calm and controlled while on the phone
BUT NOW....?!!!
Over two fucking hours phoning back and forth between two fucking companies and they can't get their fucking computers straightened out so they talk with each other.!!!!!!
NOW YOUR FUCKING IT DEPT IS TOO BUSY TO ANSWER THE PHONE...NOOOO I AM NOT GOUNG TO LEAVE A MESSAGE!
I HATE FUCKING COMPUTER SYSTEMS AND THE PEOPLE WHO BUILD THEM.!!!!
GET YOUR FUCKING SHIT TOGETHER!!!

I did. After the last person I spoke to aswered with, "Hi. This is After Hours Customer Service"... then told me that since it was no longer business hours I needed to call back Monday after 9:00 a.m.
I asked, "so, why is your department named Customer Service, what is it you do?"
She went into a lengthy explanation about the recent merger.
So I again asked the same question.

🤔 ?? ok, but why? There used to be a recording informing callers to go to one of two departments, or call back after the office opens. How is it you are more helpful ? Is this why fee's increased, so a real person could tell me to call back after the weekend?"
She repeated I needed to call back.

I said, I can't talk anymore bc this is simply too absurd, and I hit end.
