@Axolotl1 Me? Since 1995. Redhat 5.3. These days, I recommend people start with a fairly complex distribution like Arch linux, because it kinda forces you to learn how the OS _actually_ works. If you just want a free OS to just _use_ Mint is great, but if you actually want to LEARN it, take the challenge up, and start with Arch

@Axolotl1 You know how you kinda have to watch all the Star Wars films to really get the entire story? Linux is like that. if you've used it for aeons like I have, it's very straightforward. But if you start from Linus Torvalds Tantrum #1115, then it really isn't.
