@Nonya_Bidniss My new explanation: Elayne Chao has rushed back to the Far East to contact all her family/friends/colleagues in China and Taiwan to attend Mitch's funeral in US. While getting visas, etc., Mitch will remain "alive" on a ventilator for - SURPRISE - about 3 weeks.
