First hurdle of the trip: Ronnie has a 🔧 showing on the dash. Need to get someone in Cairns to look at him in case it needs attending to. This may take some time. As I keep saying to himself: no need to get to the tip of Cape York, plenty of other stuff to do in Qld, but of course that falls on deaf ears, he's on a mission. I'd rather see Carnarvon Gorge for example, if time is limited. We'll see...

Killing time around 'RavenSHOE' this morning as we await our midday check-in at the Innot (hot) Springs Caravan Park just down the road, where we'll do some washing and then TAKE THE WATERS. Himself has a gammy arm so that'll be that sorted: only $60 for overnight camping and unlimited 'water taking' in 6 pools of different temps. Cheaper than a trip to the GP.
