@miriamrobern That fake beard doesn't even look glued on properly. 🤣

I make, procrastination permitting. Hang out otherwise.

Mostly post and boost tech stuff and trans stuff, with a sprinkling of art and photography here and there.
Avatar/banner drawn by me, the former is a snap from a storyboard of the character i ended up being, the later is something random i drew in a depressed mood and kinda liked.

@faithisleaping I have a Garmin watch since 2017, it still works well and even with a heavily degraded battery it lasts for a week and a half.
(tho i did replace every part at least once since then, so it's kind of a watch of theseus situation).

@0xabad1dea Makes me think of russian literature lessons, where the only time a poem would be introduced was if you are expected to memorize it and recite it in front of the class.
A great way to vaccinate kids against poetry.
I've checked facebook today, as one does every now and then.
Apparently one of the feminists i followed in 2015, a once proud TERF, had some character development over the last 10 years.
She had a trans kid, and now thinks she knows what trans people really are.
So she evolved... into being transmed and blaming queer people for all the troubles that "real, one-in-a-thousand" trans people have.
Somehow this feels worse.

@neauoire Figures. I like playing with old computers, where hardware is actual hardware, and not three layers of software in a trench coat playing pretend.

@faithisleaping And yet cis people can be completely oblivious. 🤣
@h5e @signalapp Most of them carry an entire chromium browser as their rendering engine and runtime environment, instead of using something more fitting to the purpose, cause that lets them reuse web code and developers or something.
