Making Bruswick stew for the first time, based off my grandmother's recipe. Or at least the closest thing to a recipe we have, since she did not actually use them.
Her version has an entire Boston butt in it... I'm scaling WAY down lol
@Bfordham Oh, so like the recipe for Chatham Artillery Punch I have that calls for casks of rum. I still haven’t found a conversion for that.
