The best method of storing a fitted sheet is to take the matching top sheet and fold it neatly, then insert it into a matching pillowcase along with any other pillowcases, then take the fitted sheet, roll it up from one end and shove it into the pillowcase containing the top sheet.
Looks tidy and no one knows it's not folded.
