I don't actually have zero followers, they're just intentionally hidden. (Note, it will still show as a non-zero number on some instances due to weird cache effects or software not acknowledging GlitchSoc saying it's -1)

Spicy take: While I get that ADHD is a spectrum, I absolutely reject the notion of "everyone is a little bit ADHD".

For FUCKS sake, don't conflate occasional forgetfulness with my mental disability.

Because for all the hearts and rainbows about how ADHD is a superpower, in trying to operate in this neurotypical world, having your brain operate differently to the point that you traumatize yourself trying to mask and fit in well enough IS a mental disability.

Just to note:

When you take a self assessment for ADHD or Autism and it asks something like:

"do you have difficulty with ABC?"

And your response is

"I don't have difficulty with ABC. I've developed a System that I use to deal with ABC, and when I follow the System, I can do ABC. So it's not difficult."

... Then you have difficulty with ABC. Mark yes on the question.

I'm not neurodivergent, I just have a complicated System of which foods are "ingredients" and which are "food", and I can't eat "ingredients" until they've been made into "food". (Sarcasm - I'm certainly somewhere in the "low" end of the spectrum of autism and moderate to high in ADHD in various ways)
