A fair portion of those nazis are probably in the National Guard

Like being a cop, military service WHICH I AM NOT AGAINST EITHER OF THEM draws these types who were bullies in their youth and when they FAFO that it doesn't work in the real world, they gravitate to jobs where that's an asset. Every job that entails having power over others will draw its share of predators. Teaching, the clergy, the police, you name it. Policing does seem to draw more than its fair share, though.
