My breakfasts are usually: soup (chicken broth with a small handful of noodles), or toast with butter, or just fruit. Pretty simple.

But I like the two eggs gently scrambled with caramelized onions, cream cheese, and melted cheese, and side of bacon traditional American breakfast (with rice instead of potato since I was born & raised in Hawai'i). It just feels overwhelming to make and eat, first thing. Too much.

So, I made it for an early supper! Yay! It was delicious. I'm now satisfied for many months. 😁 Onolicious.
